The registration fee for participants covers:

• Welcome party
• Conference materials, including program and book of abstracts
• Admission to all scientific sessions and exhibitions

Only increased registration fee (155/105 Euro for academics/students) could be paid on the registration desk!

Please note:
    The regular registration fee is applicable if the payment is made before the deadline: June 30, 2007. If you make bank transfer, please send the payment document by fax (+359 2 973 52 90) and bring it with you to the conference.

Cancellations and refunds
    Official cancellations must be made in writing by registered letter or fax to the Conference office. The date of the postmark or fax ID will be the basis for considering refunds. Please, indicate the referred method of reimbursement (cheque or bank transfer, incl. Bank details) on your written cancellation. Refunds will be made after the Conference. Registration fees will be refunded as follows:

• on or before July 31, 2007 – 75% refund
• after July 31, 2007 – no refund
